Referral Rewards Program
Here at Sparta Dental Center we welcome new patients. As a special thank you to our patients we have implemented a referral rewards program. This program rewards both our established patients and our new patients. The established patient will receive a $15.00 credit to their account for every new patient they refer when that patient arrives for their first appointment at our office. The new patient will also receive a $15.00 credit to their account upon completion of their first appointment.
