After earning her DDS degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Morgan joined Dr. Knoll at Sparta Dental Center. This varies depending on the state of your overall medical and dental health, but patients with exceptional home care and relatively few oral health issues should still visit the dentist every four to six months for cleanings and examinations.  Patients with underlying medical conditions such as diabetes should be seen more frequently… and insurance companies are starting to even recognize the benefits of more frequent care.  Call us to see if your insurance covers additional services!

Over time, plaque buildups and bacteria can have a very harmful effect on your health, even causing permanent damage to your gums and teeth. It is important to have your teeth professionally cleaned at least every six months and to have an examination with one of our doctors to prevent or begin to correct these oral health issues.  Not only will we check your teeth and gums, we will also do an oral cancer screening.  We believe overall health is important, and can discuss how dental and health issues can be related.

According to the American Dental Association, you should brush your teeth a minimum of two times a day. Daily flossing or using a Waterpik is also required to prevent plaque and harmful bacteria from damaging your teeth and gums.  We can recommend several products such as electric toothbrushes to maintain your dental health in between visits to our office.

Dr. Jennifer Knoll and Dr. Hannah Morgan proudly provide family and cosmetic services as your dentists in Sparta.
